Yo!!
The year has already gotten off to a fantastic start because of you: thank you!!
When someone asks me what to do when they feel like giving up, I remind them that anyone can do anything when it's fun or comfortable. There isn't that much sacrifice involved. But real change forms at the edge of our comfort zone—when we want to quit, but we decide to stay.
I've heard people say, "I wanted to give up a million times," Which means, if you can learn to stay with yourself, to remain present when you want to escape or check out, you've cracked the code.
If you find yourself getting back into similar routines with some apprehension as the magic of the breathwork experience slowly started to fade as reality set back in. You spend a lot of time doing great work, and then you come back to similar situations/environments that may not foster change and growth.
This cannot be very encouraging.
As you notice your energy beginning to shift, ask yourself, "What can do to consciously work with this before I start to slip back into my normal routine and thinking?"
The integration phase of any work with non-ordinary states of consciousness can be challenging for various reasons. Still, it is essential to stick with the process and follow it.
Keep coming back to the breath.
This is the most crucial key to this kind of immersion.
Stick-to-itiveness is essential and the reason you are here!
If you're seeking support or guidance in navigating the integration or preparation phase of any inner work, I am here to support you! (Seriously, feel free to reply to this email and tell me how you're doing!)
