I don't know what I am doing…
Hello Community,
I'd be lying if I told you I know what I am doing. It feels scary to address the issues we're all facing.
With everything that's been going on, I sit with my thoughts and feelings so I won't make a misstep or mistake. Yet, it feels so uncomfortable and unreasonable to think I know exactly what's going on and what to do.
We are all experiencing a new truth for the first time in history.
I am a white woman leader, and I’m learning about what I can do to support Black and Indigenous People of Colour during this time. I don't propose to have the answers, but I'm committed to showing up and sharing my tools and practices.
My goal is to focus our collective energy on encouraging and supporting change.
These conversations aim to heal hearts, create connection through awareness, show up to serve, and raise money to help create a safe space for Black women in their Breathwork practice.
I commit to a lifetime of work where I continue to unpack my biases. To do anti-racist work through Black educators. Find my place in humanity, breathe, be gentle, build a loving community, and serve the world with my humility and heart – especially NOW – especially when it's hard.

With love,
