When she told me the story, I wanted some too. So I signed up hoping to get the same penetration experience (virtually, obvs) by a tree - a Great Oak. It was a full-day Zoom workshop, and what happened was a complete psychedelic transmission without actually ingesting anything.
I have this thing about trees.
Trees got me through a year-long (and honestly, really fcuking hard) spiritual awakening. My deep trauma was transformed into a love of woods and forests. The Great Oak transmission reminded me of how the trees and life have incredible clarity. It revealed the unusual processes of life, death, and regeneration.
The Great Oak showed me a pixelated psychedelic world that cycled through life and all that we are blissfully unaware of.
I’m telling you, this might seem strange, but it’s super related to Breathwork, and here’s why.
Trees breathe.
There is a complex, symbiotic network of communication between trees. The Great Oak transmission revealed that trees are connected as parts of a community. Absorbing information about tree species, plants, fungi, insects and birds is provided. Anyone who appreciates quality, anyone who connects to the woods, will find a happy forest is a healthy forest.
Trees breathe just like us.
