You may find this weird, but I am fascinated by area codes! It could be because when I was young, we didn’t have to use the area code. When area codes were “introduced,” it was because the population grew! Coming from a small town of less than a thousand people, that felt like a big deal!
Similar to the population boom in the ’80s, something funny happened with this community!
More and more people are reaching out to connect and learn more than ever. Keeping up to my area code and sleuthing has been an extra exciting task. It is more joyous than thought possible.
