Hello friends,
Are you having a good day??
Breathwork was developed by psychiatrist Stan Grof interval as a non-drug alternative to psychedelic therapy.
Technically, you can do both.
I have lots to reach you about microdosing (obviously).
Microdosing psychedelics is more than a new trend for me—my determination to explore psychedelic science leads directly into conversations to better understand growth and meaningful healing choices.
I wish everyone had access to more joy and creativity. (I’m a saint with 🍄 shrooms)
Jokes aside, here’s some background:
Microdosing was made famous by a psychologist and former psychedelic researcher named James Fadiman.
Since the early psychedelic days, Dr. Fadiman collected reports from individuals who experimented with regular microdosing of LSD and psilocybin🍄.
Fadiman said about microdosing: “What many people are reporting is, at the end of the day, they say, ‘That was a really good day.’ ” A perfect day sounds GREAT, doesn’t it?
Studies show that the effects of microdosing include:
Elevated mood
Decreased stress
Clarity
Calmness
Hyper-focus
And productivity 🔥
So basically, you’ll get your shit done while grinning.😄🍄👈🏻
If you’re curious about microdosing because it is always time to learn much, much more 😍.
Seriously, though.
Love,
P.S. If you want to check in on my trip notes and all that I have been up to I tend to share openly here.
