Bonds are strengthened.
Intimacy is enhanced.
Teamwork goes to the next level.
The lesson here is that whenever we believe we’re reaching a limit, we need to consciously become aware of our breathing and breathe.
It’s almost like a mind trick: when we are focused on our breathing when we’re breathing consciously, we’re not focused on what would typically limit or control our thinking.
When we focus on our breath instead, something new, something else, is possible.
