When there is sunshine, there's going to be some shade!

Okay, this is going to be interesting. Last week was a huge growth opportunity for me with this beloved delightful community… Here are a few lessons I learned that might serve you well.
These are MY lessons. And you have been a big part of it already! Isn’t that cool?
We are all more alike than we realize. Our desires for life are pretty similar. 83k people following me on Tiktok says it all, right there!
When something makes me feel good, I do it more.
It's okay to admit that there is more than one truth, and others may not agree. When there is sunshine, there's going to be some shade!
I spent way too much time ruminating on problems instead of creating solutions.
A self-care routine shouldn’t be about doing more. Taking breaks and doing less is also self-care.
If I try to be like someone else, so everyone likes me - you, my friends, will miss the gift of me being myself.
Struggling alone is hard. Letting go of struggle and accepting good things is more satisfying and comfortable.
Find new ways to integrate. (I signed up for a TRE class!!)
My therapist is the best.
Family, friends, and community are critical to me to immediately remind me of my impact.
I always have more to give. I am here to serve this community. I know this because you are here and you are asking for more.
Filling myself up every day before giving ensures that I can offer my best to clients and my community.
Eat more vegetables.
Create the content on the platforms I love. I don't have to try to fit in on days I feel introverted. (my Instagram is different than Tiktok for that, and likewise)
Faith is yours. Hold your belief it is possible.
I am learning from this community and listening to what people want.
When I invest in something, I won't stop if I determine if it serves the highest and best of the community.
Just a few of the most powerful lessons I experienced already in the FIRST 27 days of 2021. WOW!
