If you're wondering what it looks like to change with psychedelics in the face of your mental health, it does require finding a brave space. But, it doesn't require you to do "all the things." <--- can we take a second to appreciate that no one knows what "all the things" is - it's basically shorthand for "I have no frikkn' idea!"
Well, I have a frikkn' idea.
What if "all the things" just meant using a different approach? What if microdosing were the technology we need to promote balance, not just mental health, but it could BE THE (elusive) CHANGE ???
And what if it were straightforward and there were a few essential places you needed to watch to create more than mental wellness?
I kinda think it is that simple. Because when we use a different approach and sound resources safely, we can think different thoughts. I know this to be true because I am a walking transformation story.
