Oh, my heart,
I lost myself.
No boo-hoo. No pity party. Just hard truth. Honesty lives here and will stir your soul. Your curiosity moved you to open this newsletter and listen to another story. Instagram is gonzo, so this is all I got, friends!!
I'm not a perfect person, I'm not a genius, and I don't claim to be without fault or shortcomings. On some days, I still have shame lingering. As I continue to grow and heal within relationships, it never ceases to amaze me how it is all interconnected.
But I do claim to be very much looking forward to looking foolish in front of you. I flail around like a baby giraffe sharing stories ranging from horrifying to ridiculous.
A wise teacher once told me that the right people will be drawn to you, and the wrong people will be repelled by you.
A lot has happened, so a lot needs to be shared… I continue to grow. The truth is people are suffering. We can not shame them for not healing or blame it on their choices. That is precisely the disconnected consciousness that perpetuates the harm cycle.
My life is blooming, and an essential factor contributing to that grace is finding peace and being better to accept people right where they are. Through the humbling experiences of my life, I am better able to provide Coaching to those willing to engage in the darkness of these times.
Often when we try and show off the best side, we come off as bold or too much. Having the courage to infuse your life with your true nature and soul is a gamechanger. It can rock your entire worldview, not just in terms of your confidence.
Acknowledging and healing are beautiful, but it's not for everyone. If you want to help, but somehow the uncertainty of these times gets you thinking, it can make things worse. Because some of us can't heal alone.
If that's not too much to ask, won't you join me?
Be so big and powerful that you are no longer afraid of your beautifully messy truth.
If you lost yourself too, and you are ready for an honest, conscious connection, that alone will heal the world.
Only love,
