We need to talk about this.
Many practices that were once tolerated unilaterally are now being questioned and called out.
Thank you for being here,
It's a huge responsibility and one I want you to know I take so seriously.
Online coaching is at the beginning of a significant revolution. Many practices that were once tolerated unilaterally are now being questioned and called out.
The truth is people are suffering. It's against our nature, and it's against all of nature. We are ever-changing beings living in an ever-changing world, and change is our natural state. Feeling shame for not healing or blaming our suffering on our choices is cruel. That is precisely the disconnected consciousness that perpetuates the harm cycle.
But it's incredibly nuanced.Â
To lead, influence, and meet challenges head-on takes profound integrity and safety.Â
What might be OK for me, my people, and my industry might not be OK for someone else?
I'm not here to judge anyone. Coaching is an entirely unregulated industry – there are no oversight boards, no standard curricula, and no codes of ethics.
I'm here for a conversation about how we can all do better. How we can do coaching in a way that is safe, affordable and FUN but also trauma-informed. 😳 So it's so important.
If you're here for this conversation, for all of us. Coaches and Clients. Both balanced, sustainable foundations, congruent foundations, and inner foundations.
To return us over and over again back to nature, each other and ourselves for the sake of humanity.
I've seen some shit.
I have a lot of hindsight. I will not gossip, but I've seen "things" go seriously off the rails.
And I'm going to use that experience to do my part, so this industry gets through the sticky icky spots.
There are plenty of things I don't know about. If I don't know, I'm not going to bullshit you and take your money, and I'll just help you find the right resource.
I'm also not a therapist; I'm a coach.Â
Stay close to this community. It might be an excellent way to jump-start it, with a natural desire to find support, but for the exact reason, you're hesitant.Â
I want you to know you're right about that.
I hope you'll come along.
Be you,
