Good morning.

This week two clients dropped off my roster on the same day.

Maybe you are thinking, "oh no, what happened?"- "What did you do?"

To answer this question.

A lot happened. You bet!!

I did my job.

In the case of both clients, they were delighted and ready to be without a Coach.

It was a good day for everyone. 

Like any perfect day, we celebrated.

We cheered and raised a glass together (virtually, and clanking screens/cameras slurping up water from a YETI)

Because:

• Their success is theirs to own. (but, if I can brag, I am proud to say they are doing incredible things!!)

• They got to decide how and when they were complete with Coaching.

• In one case, the client told her spouse she was excited to end our time together because that meant she had worked hard and was so pleased and confident that she was well prepared. 

• The other client graduate wrote, "I feel things are good, and I'd like to keep applying all the learnings from our work together. If I get stuck, I can sign up for a few months of coaching again." 

If you want to consider hiring me as your Coach, we are a team. We work through complexities, balancing old and new, swimming in many pools of possibility and ways of exploring your work, including new, sometimes challenging truths that may require change. Working together means creating a sustainable plan, we meet weekly for either four weeks or six months, and as you can see from past clients’ triumphs, you decide when you are done.   

The 1-month package includes 4x 1-hour weekly sessions, Voxer/text/email support for $1100USD.

The 6-month package includes 4x 1-hour weekly sessions/month, Voxer/text/email support for $6000 USD. Paid monthly.

Many Coaches, from my experience, are prohibitively expensive. Also, finding someone that works for you can be excruciatingly stressful. 

I am not that. 

Yet I am certainly not for everyone.  

• Hard sales are not part of the deal for me. 

• If you want tips and tricks on how to close a pitch, I'm gonna tell you that's creepy.

• If you run an MLM or service practice that believes you should not trade time for dollars, I'm afraid I have to disagree.

• Maybe you want me to tell you what to do? I won’t, although brainfarming is such good fun! 

So, I welcome you; bring on Dr. GOOGLE!!
