A list of all the things I've loved recently!

It's so cool you took the time to step into my world, now otherwise known as Oh My Heart. I've been swamped laying the groundwork for what is coming next for this newsletter's new location and life on Substack. I've been keeping a list of all the things I've read and loved to share with you—and that day is today. ​

1. I'm writing a lot. To keep me entertained, I have entered writing contests! I will share this collection with you when I get the courage to publish my work here! Stay tuned. 

2. If you have been around awhile, you know how this conversation started and what a movement is created. A year-plus in, the discussion continues, learning and navigating new layers of the future of psychedelics and the future of communities. Many requests to hear more about my personal experiences, *noted!!

3. Now, everyone, I know it is vital to normalize safe drug use, including having hard conversations. My responsibility has shifted tremendously. I will talk more openly about that change and why. Read this New York Times article on why we need to talk freely about drugs.

4. Because I have a lot to say about my involvement in the underground world of psychedelics. It is in the works now, and I can't wait to engage with you! If you have not heard the Podcast series New York Magazine's Cover Story: Power Trip podcast shows, explore the dark underbelly of the psychedelic renaissance.

An Everyday Cult by Gerette Buglion My dear mentor and Coach, Gerette is helping me write and share my work through the lens of recovery. Her perspective helps bring awareness and understanding to my recovery as I unpack my journey out of a hybrid of conspiracy theory beliefs and New Age pseudo-culture.
