"Misfits, from my point of view, are everything. The world needs us."

— Lidia Yuknavitch, The Misfit's Manifesto (TED talks)

Hi love,

I made a little list of complaints.

I hate.

  1. Ariel silks suck! Actually, no, I suck. That is different for some naturally gifted athletes where floating in the air like a spring roll is possible. I admire their talent and grace. For me? I am a flat-footed prairie girl - lifting my apple-bottom butt tied up in curtains off the ground is impossible. I am not sad about this; it is a worthy experiment. I am having fun trying and improving on an essential single foothold I learned in week one! It is an exciting adventure, made incredibly better when microdosing LSD.

And.

I made a little list of current crushes.

I love.

  1. My heart!!! Yet again, a pledge!!! Teacher, author, and writing mentor Sheree Greer supported my writing here on OH MY HEART! Thank you for your contribution to this community Sheree and Barbara!! I'm blown away; WOW!

  2. Reading author Lidia Yuknavitch's memoir, The Chronology of Water has shown me how far we can go to find ourselves. Her writing has changed me in ways I didn't know were possible.

  3. "You must close your eyes and open your mouth. Wider. So open your throat opens. Your esophagus. Your lungs. Wider. So open your spine unclatters. Your hips swim loose. Your womb worlds itself. Wider. Open the well of your sex. Now speak your body from your other mouth. Yell corporeal prayer. This is writing." ― Lidia Yuknavitch, quote from The Chronology of Water

  4. I want to know more about menopause. My research has been quite unsatisfying; from this, it is like many other issues women face with their bodies - we don't talk about it until it is too late, and we say things like, "I wish someone had told me ..." If you have the wisdom to share, I am not asking for a friend, I will take all your solicited advice and knowledge, please. Could you send me your best menopause nuggets? Reply to this email or in the comments below.

  5. Last but not least, I love my clients!! The gift of witnessing people do courageous work with their lives, businesses, relationships, and mental health is extraordinary. I am super proud of every human I have the privilege to support. Hit reply if you want to talk about Coaching.

Also.

The world needs you.

sweet art,

♥️
