Love,
In The Disobedient Business podcast episode, Pippa and I chatted about my work as an integration coach, where I help individuals integrate different parts of themselves through psychedelic drugs and internal family systems (IFS). We talked about my journey and how I got into this field of work. I also shared my own experience of failure, which led me to question the mindset narrative often used in the coaching industry. The coaching industry needs to consider the systemic factors that can impact an individual's success rather than overemphasizing the importance of mindset. In our conversation, I stressed the importance of challenging the existing mindset narrative and questioning the rules.
I'm unsure how many of you know this, but my journey toward self-discovery and personal growth started with microdosing LSD. And the best part? - I dipped my toes into the world of psychedelics; everything felt so alive and vibrant. It was like the world around me had suddenly become new, and I was seeing it all for the first time. I felt like I was part of something bigger and with a greater purpose. It wasn't just a fleeting feeling - that sense of connection and meaning has stayed with me ever since.
Some people might be skeptical about using psychedelics for personal growth and healing. I can tell you from personal experience that it can be a powerful tool when used safely and responsibly. If you're unsure, start small and prioritize your safety and well-being.

Hi Kathleen, love your posts and your vision.
I've recently started MDing as a recovery tool, and finding it immensely helpful. My question is, have you found any adverse effects in inconporating it in sports? I find that my coordination improves but also that my heart rate raises really quickly, which makes me worry that its not safe to do stuff like HIIT?
What do you think?
Anyway, thanks for your posts, am following :)
