One thing I love even more than drugs is having a bestie to do them with. ❤️

I love that you’re talking about how drugs can positively impact your marriage/relationship. It’s easy to think the drugs do the heavy lifting but the work is all ours. I’m grateful that drugs (MDMA in particular in my case) allow us to let our defenses down and share what’s really in our hearts. That’s where the healing happens. 💗

Right!! Thank you for sharing that!! I am alway impressed by your courage. Drugs are a tool for excavation, the building of better takes emotional muscles. It is great to be in company of couples making the best of their relationships, all of it!!

I honestly never feel couragous but when your husband wrote that true love requires courage, I was like, fuck yeah it does!

Yes, MDMA set up the stage and facilitated for me to do the heavy lifting and do the hard work in talking honestly to Kathleen about all the things I could have done better (including some major fuck ups...) facing my own fear and pain. Did you feel so brave after? I have also learned that true love requires courage, a lot of courage to maturely accept all our imperfections.

It absolutely does take courage because there's nothing scarier than facing that fear and pain and choosing to move forward without carrying it with us. I'm grateful to have a tool that makes it a little easier. BTW - you guys are the BEST.
